The Gallery

Dear friends, my name is Wladyslaw Maximowicz. I am happy to welcome you in my antique gallery Villa Nuova Fine Arts. I named it after the Wilanow Palace near Warsaw, which was built by the architect Agostino Locci for the Polish King Jan III Sobieski and his wife, the beautiful Frenchwoman Marie Casimire de La Grange d'Arquien. It was the atmosphere of Wilanow Palace, the palace where the Italian Baroque world combined with the aesthetics of the Grand Tour and of the 18th century, that became the starting point for the formation of my gallery.

The antique gallery presents almost all the main art schools from Italy of the 16th-18th centuries: Florentine, Neapolitan, Venetian and some examples from art schools of France, Germany and the Netherlands.
